What Coach Says:

"This was a big win for our program. We really started fast which allowed us to really get some comfort. We have to do a better job protecting our lead, but I thought we did a good job staying composed when they made their run. We have some things to clean up but we would much rather learn these lessons in wins rather than losses." On pressure defense, "We did a really good job in the first half defensively. We really got after it and did a tremendous job finishing possessions. Our pressure really made them uncomfortable." On playing in Purple and Gold Championship, "Obviously we are happy to be playing in the title game, this is good for our team to be able to play in game like this early in the year."
