Men's Soccer Falls at Bluffton in First Road Test

BLUFFTON, Ohio - Great Lakes Christian College men's soccer (0-2, 0-1) were outmatched in their clash with NCAA D-III Bluffton (1-1) on Wednesday, losing 13-0.

Bluffton opened the scoring quickly and jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the first 20 minutes. They led 7-0 at halftime.

Bluffton continued the pace early in the second half, scoring four more in 10 minutes to push the lead to 11-0. GLCC's backline started to organize, holding the Beavers goalless for nearly a half-hour before conceding a pair of goals near the end for a final score of 13-0.

Bluffton took 42 shots, putting 18 on frame. Great Lakes put all four of their shots on target. Gavin Ewalt (1) and Ryan Griffin (1) each picked up yellow cards.
