Men's Soccer Fall In Regional Road Test At Welch

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Great Lakes Christian College men's soccer still seeks its first regional win after dropping an 8-1 result to Welch College on the road on Saturday.

Welch got off to a flying start, with Michael Fulcher ripping off four consecutive goals to open the game up for the Flames. Zach Johnson scored his second goal of the season in the 55th minute, but it was not enough to abate the tide, as Welch cruised to an 8-1 win.

Peyton Dungey was sent off for Great Lakes in the 65th minute and will miss the next game.

Great Lakes took four shots, Johnson's goal the lone one on frame. Welch put 13 of their 14 shots on target.
