The Great Lakes Christian College Women's basketball team hosted NCAA D3 opponent Mount Mary on Saturday January 27th and came away with their 4th win in a row 75-49. After taking a 14-10 lead into the 2nd quarter the Crusaders outscored the Blue Angels 48-23 over the 2nd and 3rd quarters to put the game out of reach for Mount Mary.
Leading scorer for Great Lakes Christian College was Mykenzie Kent with 19 points she also collected 11 rebounds for a Double Double.
Sakura Nakano collected 17 points, Leah Yanko had a Double Double with 16 points and 10 rebounds.
Devan Buda chipped in with 12 points.
The win improved their record to 8-9 on the season.
